Cardiff Here We Come!!

Hotspurs went through to the cup finals night with a fine strike by Sidey mid-way through the first half after Cracky fed him a scrumptious through ball to finish off a delightful move.

Hotspurs defence remained solid as usual. Keeper Rollin had only one save to make all match.

After the match Rollin said "Sometimes I don't know why I bother turning up, Its cold out here ya know and I'm  freezing mi f**king b*ll*cks off !!"

Hotspurs defence remains the best in both divisions with only 3 goals conceded in 15 matches this season.

5 Star Hotspurs Win

After only 5 Minutes of the game we were down to 5 men after Wayne Harratt was dismissed. Sidey went off injured and was replaced by loan signing Dave Pickard. Everyone dug in deep to get back, defend in numbers and hit them on the break, which we did to great effect. With only 5 men on the pitch we were still the better side and got no more than we deserved  when Wiggins' superb Long Pass behind the opponents defence was delightfully lobbed over the head of the on-rushing keeper by Dale Cracknel and nestled sweetly in the back of the net. Yet again outstanding for Hotspurs was Craig Lazenby with another man of the match performance at the back.

This win means we stay 3rd but close the gap to 1 point behind G&D who drew 0-0 and are currently top the table on goal difference over Kinsley Hotel.

We are currently the only team yet to suffer a defeat and also possess the leagues best defensive record.
